Meaning
Become bubbly or frothy or foaming; "The boiling soup was frothing"; "The river was foaming"; "sparkling water".

Examples
- The cola started to fizz after I opened the bottle.
- As I poured the soda into glasses, it began to fizz and foam over the top.
