Under normal conditions; "usually she was late".
Examples
- He usually spends the holidays with his family but this year they had other plans, normally he is at their place on Christmas.
- Under the city's bylaws residents normally park on their side of the street unless given a different option by signage.
- During high winds usually strong, flexible branches give a bit normally while hard stiff branches often crack or snap under strain.
- We know what he eats usually – often chocolate bars in an empty restaurant on normally filled, regular coffee nights.
- Under perfect sky, an owl, given regular intervals to wake during moon cycle will rise up during his lunar watches; and most would tell, these aren't an all year round nightly outing – however they do it normally.
